Traci Rei Seaboy, 40, of Rapid City, SD was born on June 28, 1974 in Sisseton, SD to Lou Anne Phelps and the late Dayton Seaboy. She passed away on December 13, 2014 in Billings, MT.
Traci went to preschool in Big Coulee, and attended schools Peever, Wilmot and Waubay and received her Diploma from Weber Basin Job Corps in Ogden Utah. In July of 1991, Traci's first son Ethan Wayne was born and in March of 1993 her first daughter Brianna Lynn was born. From 1995 to 1996 she worked at the SWO Law Enforcement in police reserve, and later at the Dakota Sioux Casino as a black jack dealer. Traci married Tyrone T. Aguirre in September of 1997 and they made their home at Fr. Bragg, NC and had Tyrone T. Jr. and twins Storm Angela and Xavier Duane.
Traci loved to dance and her other hobbies included getting dolled up, cooking, singing, reading, and watching her favorite TV shows, CSI, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Criminal Minds and the Young and the Restless.
The family would like to honor Traci's closest friends, Aimeegirl, Deann (German) Huff, Laura (Gill) Williams, Fern Gill, Stephanie Kampeska, Natalie Williams, Danny Girl, Delveen Seaboy and Jason "Chubbs" Morsette.
Traci is survived by her mother, LouAnne Phelps, Step-mother, Michelle Seaboy, sons Ethan (Geri) Seaboy, Troy Jr., and Xavier and daughters Brianna and Storm, one granddaughter Amarah and one grandson on the way. One sister, Viva (Durane) DuBois, two brothers Wambdi (Sherry) Seaboy and Ian (Brandi) Seaboy, nieces Victoria and Tobia, nephews Maka, Jayson, Itanca and Wambdi and two nieces on the way. Traci is also survived by Grandmothers Evangeline (Seaboy) Brant and Delilah (Phelps) McPherson, and numerous aunts, uncles and family members.
Traci will be joined with her father Dayton Seaboy, paternal Grandparents Didymus Seaboy and Florence (Gagnon) Seaboy her maternal Grandmother Darlene (Phelps) Neilan, Great grandparents Ralph Phelps and Eleanor (Mireau) Phelps, aunts, Exzelda Seaboy, Pee Wee (Cleone) Brant, and a cousin Jamie Karst and a niece "Princess" Serenity Seaboy.
