Timothy was born on December 15, 1975 to Tim Sullivan Sr. and Jackie (Birdsbill) DuMarce in Sisseton, SD.  TJ grew up in Sisseton and attended Tiospa Zina Tribal School.  His education led him to Box Elder Job Corp in Nemo, SD where he studied bricklaying.  During his teen years he was very athletic in sports, wrestling, boxing, excelled in basketball and that trait would be passed down later to both sons Louis and T. Jay III.  He played football and was an awesome pool player.  He loved the outdoors, fishing and target shooting with a sling shot and pellet gun.  TJ spent his adult life in the Black Hills area where he began fatherhood.  In the years to come he discovered other talents.  He mechanized on cars, painted houses, did plumbing and was a handsome handyman.  His boys share memories of fishing, rock shooting, basketball, roasting each other and just hanging out.  He loved his daughter Paris dearly speaking highly of her.  TJ's unci Marvel gave him a Dakota name Wicapi To "His Blue Star".  She explains every night you look  up to the sky,  TJ will be there that as long as the universe lasts, he will outlast everyone's memory.  TJ was a dad, grandpa, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and a friend.  He will be missed by many especially his children T. Jay, Louis, and Paris. His takojas will always be reminded of their papa. TJ made his journey to the spirit world October 25, 2022 in White Lake, SD.
