Memorial Service for Stephanie Rae Bagola will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the Big Coulee District Center, Big Coulee, SD with CRE Gerald Heminger Jr. officiating. Drum Group will be Old Agency. Urn Bearer will be Molly Dumarce and Honorary Urn Bearers will be Molly Dumarce, Raelana Leigh Bernard, Peter Jerome LaFromboise Jr., Kelvin Williams, and Crystal Owen. Inurnment will be at Ascension Presbyterian Cemetery, Big Coulee, SD.

Stephanie was born on June 16, 1970, in Sisseton, SD to George Bagola and Juanita Owen. She attended school and graduated from Tiospa Zina Tribal School, Agency Village, SD and then attended college at Sisseton Wahpeton College at Agency Village, SD and was on the Dean's List. She worked at Woodland Cabinetry. Stephanie loved spending time with family and loved her grandkids. Stephanie passed away at home on December 18, 2024.

Stephanie is survived by two children Raelana Leigh Bernard and Peter Jerome LaFromboise Jr.; son-in-law Kelvin Williams; five grandchildren Skyler Droy Redhorn, Leo James Williams, Kevin Chase LaFromboise, Malanie Jade Felicia, Malachi Julius Felicia; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; Aunts, Jackie Lowe, Kathy White, Sharon Renville and Crystal Owen.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, George and Juanita; brothers, Justin Bagola Sr. and Derek Bagola; child, Leilani Rae Bernard; baby boy; grandparents, Gordon and Florine Owen; many aunts and uncles.
