Obituary

Graveside funeral services for Sandra Ann "Sandi" Haubris, 55, of Peever, SD will be held on October 6, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Peever Cemetery, Peever, SD with Rev. Fr. Gregg Frankman officiating. Pallbearers will be Sean Shepherd, Joseph Heminger, James Bird, Wayne Heminger Sr., Michael Heminger, and Joey Bird. Honorary Pallbearers will be "All of Sandi's Family and Friends" Interment will be in the Peever Cemetery, Peever, SD. There will be visitation on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD. Masks and social distancing are recommended. The Cahill Funeral Chapel of Sisseton, SD is in charge of arrangements.

Sandra Ann Divine was born on October 14, 1964 to Beverly Bird and John Divine in Fresno, CA. When she was five she moved to Peever, SD. She attended school in Peever and later graduated from Sisseton High School in 1983. After high school she attended St. Paul Bible College and graduated with and AA degree. Sandi worked at Char's Café, Peever School, and the Sisseton School system for 31 years. She was currently employed at Woodland Cabinetry.

She enjoyed working with children, putting puzzles together, playing on her I Pad, and spending time with her family. She loved taking photos of family, and being a mother, even when the kids were naughty. She has been married to her husband Bill for 34 years. Sandi was nice to everyone and never had a harsh word for anyone.

She is survived by her husband Bill, three children, Billy, Kevin, and Cassie, sisters, Tiffany and Jason Beaudreau, Diane and Scot Shaver, and Mickey Divine, an Aunt Sylvia and Mike Owen.

Sandi was preceded in death by her mother, a sister Laura Divine, and several aunts, and uncles.
