Memorial Service for Sally Ann (Bendickson) Adams, 75, of New Effington, SD will be held on March 23, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. at the New Effington Community Center in New Effington, SD with Vicar Pat Schubert officiating. There will be visitation on March 23, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:30 A.M. at the New Effington Community Center. Urnbearers will be Patrick Adams Sr., Patrick Adams Jr., Anthony Adams, Stephanie (Adams) Martin, and Michael Adams. Honorary Urnbearers will be Sheyenne Adams, Gabriel Adams, Jordan (Adams) Ceroll, Kendall Adams, Savannah Martin, Sean Martin, Stacey Martin, Jr., Ruby Adams, Myka Adams, Neelah Martin-Bernier, Nadiah Martin-Bernier, Paxton Ceroll, Laine Ceroll. Her Brother: Sam Bendickson. She will be laid to rest at Veblen Cemetery in Veblen, SD at a later date. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Sally Ann (Bendickson) Adams, Age 75, of New Effington, SD, passed away on March 17, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND. She was born on April 7, 1946 in Marshall County, SD. Her parents were Sam Gehart Bendickson and Ruby Christine (Renville) Bendickson. She graduated from Sisseton High School and then married Patrick Roger Adams, Sr on May 25, 1965. She went on to attend Cosmetology school in San Diego, CA. Throughout her career she had various jobs, she always did the work that she loved. Her favorite past time was spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed canning, gardening and planting flowers for her birds.

Sally is survived by her spouse, Patrick Adams, Sr. Her children: Patrick Adams, Jr., Anthony Adams, Stephanie (Adams) Martin, Michael Adams. Her Grandchildren: Sheyenne Adams, Gabriel Adams, Jordan (Adams) Ceroll, Kendall Adams, Savannah Martin, Sean Martin, Stacey Martin, Jr., Ruby Adams, Myka Adams. Her Great Grandchildren: Neelah Martin-Bernier, Nadiah Martin-Bernier, Paxton Ceroll, Laine Ceroll, Kobe Oberg, Zola Oberg. Her Brother: Sam Bendickson, Her Sisters: Ellen Erickson, and Judy Pourier.

She is preceded in Death by her parents: Sam Gehart Bendickson, Ruby Christine (Renville) Bendickson. Her Brothers: Sanford DeMarrias, Buddy DeMarrias. Her Sister: Shirley Bendickson.
