Funeral Service for Rosalie Aas, 92, of Sisseton, will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, Sisseton, SD with the Rev. Mark Terayama officiating. Organist will be Ember Dady. Pallbearers will be Rosalie's children, Richard Aas, Roger Aas, Robert Aas, Calvin Aas, Warren Aas, Karen Niles, Linda Wike, and Judy Gustafson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rosalie's Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Interment will be in the Sisseton Cemetery, Sisseton, South Dakota. There will be visitation on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Cahill Funeral Chapel. There will be visitation one hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday at the church. Rosalie is survived by five sons, Richard (Garnette) Aas of Sisseton, SD, Roger (Sylvia) Aas of Silver City, NM, Robert (Charlene) Aas of Sheridan, WY, Calvin (Judy) Aas of Sisseton, SD, Warren (Susan) Aas of Watertown, SD; and three daughters, Karen (Mahylen) Niles of Chamberlain, SD, Linda (Richard) Wike of Great Falls, MT and Judy (Gary) Gustafson of Minneapolis, MN; fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Elaine (Oscar) Boswell of Wenatchee, WA and Mrs. Amelia Elliott of Petal, MS; half sister, Ella Rae Lane of Brookings, SD and half brother, John Dickerson of Indianapolis, IN.
Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Myrton, one sister, Betty, and one grandson Christopher Niles.
