A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Paul Dominick Frenier Kitto, 52, of Sisseton, SD will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lake Traverse District Center, Lake Traverse, SD with Rev. Fr. Charles Chan and the Episcopal Lay Readers officiating. Urnbearer will be Darwin James. Honorary urn bearers will be all of Paul's family and friends. Inurnment will be at a later date.

Paul was born on May 7, 1966 in Sisseton, SD. He was raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He also lived in Fontana and Paola, Kansas. He graduated from high school in Fontana, Kansas. Paul loved music especially classical hymns. In his life he worked many different jobs at his mother's restaurant and bar. He was also a porter at Dakota Magic Casino and a dishwasher at Dakota Connection. He was a lifelong bachelor. Paul loved coloring pictures, driving, amusement parks, gambling, puzzles, and he loved cars. He also loved to visit with family, giving everyone nicknames.

Paul is survived by a brother, Richard Hall of Atlanta, Georgia, sisters, Deborah Kitto Heminger (Gene) of Agency Village, SD, and Cynthia Kitto Polina of Sisseton, SD, aunts, Vastana Kitto James, Katie M. Kitto McKay, and Darlyn Kitto, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earlwin D. and Shirley (Coffey) Kitto, paternal grandparents, Charles E. and Frances I. Kitto; aunt, Ramona Kitto Keeble, two nieces and one nephew, and numerous cousins.
