Graveside service for Patline Rose Norris, 85, of Carlton, Minnesota will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Traditional Burial Grounds, Sisseton, SD with Jamie Whitethunder officiating.  The Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Patline was born on September 21, 1937 at Sisseton, SD to Carl Bird and Hilda Ortley.  She went to college and worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor for many years.  She married Wilbur (Micky) Norris on November 17, 1980.  Wilbur died December 3, 2015.  Patline died on August 14, 2022 at Interfaith Care Center, Carlton, MN.

Patline is survived by her sons Jerry, Edward, Timmy; her daughters Alice and Vanessa; and a sister Sharon Ellingson.

Patline was preceded in death by her parents; son Daniel Koslowski; brothers Ray Bird, Pauley Bird, Gerald M. King, Cedric C. King Sr., sister Ernestine Huff; and her husband Wilbur Norris.
