There will be graveside services for Orlando Silas Owen age 38 of Fargo ND, on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Episcopal Cemetery, Agency Village, SD. The Rev. Fr. Charles Chan will be officiating, Honorary Urn Bearers are all of his Friends and Family. The Cahill Funeral Chapel of Sisseton, SD is in charge of arrangements.

Orlando S. Owen was born on June 12, 1982 to Silas Owen and Yvonne Hisgun in Sisseton SD. He grew up in Sisseton went to Tiospa Zina Tribal School and later received his GED. Later he moved to Fargo ND and worked different jobs as a general laborer; one of the places he worked was for Midwest Demolition in Lincoln NE. He enjoyed many activities including drawing, painting, carpentry, car restoration, video games and fishing.

Orlando loved hanging out with friends and family. He just lived life to the fullest taking one day at a time.

Orlando passed away at Sanford Medical in Fargo ND on June 12, 2020.

He is survived by his siblings, Dave C. Keeble, Lori A. Keeble, Rita L. Keeble and Apollonia L DeCoteau, many nieces, Therese Keeble, Shasta Lawrence, Byana Lawrence, Quincina Keoke and nephews, Curtis Fayant, Allen Fayant, cousins and friends, Skye Lawrence and Kim Redrood. He was proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents
