Funeral Service for Orlando "Chris" Owens-Williams, 45 of Sisseton, SD will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. at the Enemy Swim Community Center, Enemy Swim, SD with Valerie Auguston and Irene Rondell officiating. Pianist will be Billy Kohl. Pallbearers will be Scott Bigpond, Matthew "Chewy" Moore, Keith Wanna, Mike Sierra Sr., Mike Friemel, Billy Kohl, Sam Parys, Kent Mallory, Charlie Vermillion, Corwin Bluedog, Wesley Hensley and Christian Owens. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick LaCroix, Ken Owens, Laura Milton, Patrick Rondell, Christine and Cheryl Beaver Families, Sylvester Watashe, Nita Kirk, Laura Bagola, Jody Rios, Tessie Wolfvoice Willie, Cindy Kitto Polina, Jordan & Jason Biddell Families, Garrett Keoke, Chris Felicia, Bruce Anderson, Stacy Amos, All his Friends at Rosalie's, Dorothy McNae, Kenneth Bronn, Stanley Lufkins, Marti Harman, Roxanne Tchida, Sharon Tchida and All his Oklahoma Family and Friends. Interment will be at St. James Episcopal Cemetery Enemy Swim, SD. Wake Service will be held at Enemy Swim Community Center, Enemy Swim at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 and an all night wake on Thursday, July 23, 2020.

Orlando Christopher Owens-Williams was born on October 11, 1974 in Breckenridge, Minnesota to Lorraine Owens and Isaac Orlando Williams. Chris attended school in Tulsa, OK. He worked construction in Tulsa, OK before moving to Sisseton in 2004.When he lived in Sisseton he worked for Anderson Roofing Company until he became disabled seven years ago. Chris was an artist. He liked playing pool, horseshoes, dominos and cards. He loved listening to music. Chris was the biggest Oklahoma Sooners Fan. Chris passed away on July 20, 2020 at his home in Sisseton, SD.

Chris is survived by his two daughters, Serena Owens of Mounds, OK and Breanna McLarty of Tulsa, OK; his mother, Lorraine Wolfvoice of Sisseton, SD and his father Isaac Orlando Williams of Ponca City, OK; two sisters, Terra (Corwin) Bluedog of Webster, SD and Cami (Ben) Arkeketa of Ponca City, OK; six brothers, Dakotah (Andreaa Tulsa) Wolfvoice of Sisseton, SD, Isaac Orlando Williams Jr. of Ponca City, OK, Orlando Shawn Williams of Tulsa, OK, Joseph Williams of Tulsa, OK, Scott (Susan) Bigpond of Stillwell, OK and Billy Kohl of Big Coulee; one great nephew Marcelo Barnett of Webster, SD and numerous nieces and nephew.

Chris was preceded in death by his son Christopher Joseph Owens; his maternal grandparents Ira and Edith (Iyarpeya) Owens and paternal grandparents John M. and Matilda (Hairyback) Williams.
