Funeral Service for Omarion Thomas Howard Markham, infant son of Oji Markham and Anastasia McAvoy of Sisseton, South Dakota will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD. Filmore Simon and James Genia will be officiating.

Omarion Thomas Howard Markham arrived in this world and journeyed to the spirit world on January 4, 2025, at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota.

Omarion is survived by his parents, Oji Markham and Anastasia McAvoy of Sisseton, South Dakota; big brother Octavian Markham of Sisseton, South Dakota; maternal grandparents, Rachel and Daniel McAvoy of Sisseton, South Dakota; paternal grandmother Lucille Markham of Gary, Indiana; many cousins uncles and aunts.

Omarion was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents Nancy and Richard Wallestein, maternal great grandmother Tammy Huggins and maternal great grandfather Thomas McAvoy; maternal great-great grandmother, Patsy (Cloud) Genia and great-great grandfather Howard Genia and maternal great-great grandfather Joel Huggins.
