Funeral Service for Nina Belle Johnson, Bde To Win "Blue Lake Woman", 77, of Enemy Swim, South Dakota will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Enemy Swim District Center, Enemy Swim, SD. There will be an All-Night Wake on Monday, September 14, 2026, starting at 7:00 P.M. at the Enemy Swim District Center Officiating will be Pastor Milton "Nippy" Owen, Delbert Hopkins Jr., and the St. James' Episcopal Lay Readers. Pianist will be Billy Koh. Pallbearers will be Patrick Deutsch Jr., Robert Rencountre,  Juston Barse. Jason Rencountre, Delbert "Roly" Hopkins Jr., Skylar Long,  Mason Marks, Justin Barse, Douglas "Tubbs" Rencountre Jr. Honorary Pallbearers  will be Linda Thompson, Dorothy Farmer, Belinda Joe, Lana Drapeau, Ella Mae Rencountre, Mona Rencountre, Kathy Lou Rencountre,  Christine "Crazy"  White, Sanford Hospital & Staff of Fargo, ND, Abbott Allina Health of Minneapolis, MN,  Staff of Coteau Hospital, Sisseton, SD & Sanford Hospital, Webster, SD  and Milbank Hospice.  Inurnment will be in the St. James Episcopal Cemetery, Waubay, South Dakota at a later date. Cahill Funeral chapel is in charge of Funeral arrangements.

Nina Belle Johnsn was born on May 15, 1949, in Sisseton South Dakota to Geraldine Rose (Christenson) Rencountre and Silas Johnson. She was raised by Douglas Rencountre Sr. She graduated from Gann Valley in 1966. In 1967 she went on  to trade school in Anaheim, California . She returned to Aberdeen and worked for BIA, Indian Health at Sisseton, ,SD, the Potato fields in Clark, SD, and she was a bus driver for Dakota Poultry, Watertown, SD, and she retired from Sisseton Wahpeton Housing Authority after 15 years. She enjoyed reading her crime story/books. watching her Crime Shows, rummaging and going to thrift stores (Needs), going to the Casino's with her sisters, her video lottery keno, bingo, and cooking her favorite dishes for the family. In her younger years she played softball She loved her bowling, Powwows, and dancing. Minnesota Vikings where her favorite football team. Nina passed away at home on Enemy Swim September 11, 2026.

Nina is survived by her only Daughter, Vina Lynn Williams of Pukwana, SD; five grandchildren, Jon Williams of Sisseton, SD, Rayanna Redday of Flandreau SD, Warren Redday of Sisseton, SD, Julian  Redday of Sioux Falls, SD and Alana Redday of Sisseton, SD; five grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; sister's Eileen Johnson, Sharen Rencountre, Carole Rencountre, Bonnie Rencountre , Rhonda Rencountre, Evie Rencountre and Joanne "Jodie" Rencountre; brothers Douglas "Tubbs" Rencountre Jr., Gayle Rencountre, Robert Rencountre,  and Leroy Rencountre; and many many nieces & nephews.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents Silas Johsnon and Geradine Rencountre; brothers, Larry and infant brother Robin Rencountre; and grandmother and grandfather Florence (Bluedog) and Joakin Christenson.
