Funeral Service for Nancy Jean Wilson, 72, of Watertown, SD will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Center, Agency Village, SD with JC Crawford, Jr. Heminger, CLP and Pastor Morgan Redday officiating. Pianist will be Billy Kohl and Kay Bursheim. Pallbearers will be Phalen Azure, Adam Wilson, Dusty Renville, Anthony Huntington, Ty Renville and Tanner Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers will be JoAnn Wilson, Ray Wilson, Jane Barse, Phedora Wilson, Rhonda Wilson, Stacey Azure, All of Nancy's nieces, nephews, cousins and Staff from New Horizons and Benchmark. Wake Services will be held at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Center starting at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday and Friday (all night). Interment will be in Goodwill Presbyterian Cemetery, Agency Village, S.D. The Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton SD is in charge of Funeral arrangements.

Nancy was born at home in Havana, N.D. to Jonah A. and Elizabeth (Goodboy) Wilson. She went to Wahpeton Indian School. She loved to play hop scotch and jump rope with her friends. She worked at Atco in Watertown until she retired. She loved to do puzzles, color and sew table clothes. She loved being with family and seeing kids it would put a big smile on her face. She loved animals and she loved going to the zoo. Nancy was a happy and loving woman. She will be missed by her family.

Nancy is survived by her sister, JoAnn Wilson of Browns Valley, MN; nephew, Ray Wilson of Rosholt, SD; nieces, Phedora Wilson of Sisseton, SD, Jane Barse of Browns Valley, MN, Stacey Azure (Phalen, Danae, Tatiana, Nevaeh, Serenity, Chenoa and Josslyn) of New Effington, SD and Rhonda Wilson (Dusty, Kaycee, Kelcee, and Ty Renville) of Browns Valley, MN; many more nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Clifford Harris, Phillip Wilson; sisters, Germaine Wilson, Josephine Wilson, Lydia Wilson, Esther M. Wilson, Phyllis Wilson; nephews, Ron Wilson, Louis Pete Muscle, Terry Wilson; niece, Sharon Muscle; great grandchildren, Jerome Renville III, Robin Wilson, Jessa Wilson and the Wilson twin baby's.
