Mary Catherine Joyner, 69, of Sisseton, SD passed away on August 17, 2020 at her home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Cahill Funeral Chapel in Sisseton, SD. There will be visitation one hour prior to services.

Mary-Catherine Joyner was born in Midland, Texas on February 4th, 1951, to James and Eleanor (Harlow) Joyner.

She passed away at her home on August 17, 2020.

Being a talented artist, she enjoyed painting and drawing. She loved to cook and do crafts. Most

of all, she loved her children and being a mother with love always in abundance.

Living all over the United States throughout her life, she ended up in Sisseton, SD, where she

spent the rest of her days.

Mary-Catherine is survived by her sons; Ed, Shelby, Colby, Michiah, her daughter Fawn, and

brothers; Mike, Steve, and Jeff, grandsons; Lucas and Andrew, and granddaughter Breanna. She

was preceded in death by her sister Peggy and granddaughter Leila.

She always was a firm believer in the power of God through Jesus Christ, and the joy beyond this

world. May He be holding her hand and walking that path to joy now.
