Funeral Service for Mable T. Just, 81 of Wahpeton, ND will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD with the Rev. Suzie Bendit officiating. Pallbearers will be Chris Ostby, Dave Hannasch, Zach LaQua, Jared Herniman, Zane Dowell, Shaun Just, Steven Just, Taylor Just and Ayden (Oda) Just. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Mable's granddaughters, great grandchildren, family and friends. Interment will be in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Sisseton, SD. There will be visitation at the Cahill Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, from noon to 2:00 P.M. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mable was born in Sisseton, SD on March 15, 1935. She was united in marriage to Frank Just on May 14, 1956. They raised six children in Sisseton, SD. She relocated to Wahpeton, ND in 2003. Mable loved playing cards, games, bingo, shaking dice, reading, crossword puzzles, and shopping. She enjoyed her oatmeal pies and most of all family get togethers, making everyone around her smile and laugh. Mable's sense of humor, wit, and unconditional love will be greatly missed by all. Mable passed away on August 27, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital, Breckenridge, MN with her loving family by her side.
Mable is survived by her children, Teresa (Jason) Ostby of Sioux Falls, SD, son-in-law Aaron Weinkauf of Breckenridge, MN, Mike Just of Sisseton, SD, Sheri Dowell of Wahpeton, ND, Joe (Faith) Just of Sisseton, SD, Julie ( Bill) O'Leary of Fargo, ND; one sister, Agnes Bubak of Sisseton, SD; and many nieces, nephews, thirteen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.
Mable was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank, one brother, Lloyd, and one sister Alyce, and her daughter Cindy Weinkauf.
