Lynes Benjamin Ree age 82, passed away at the Sanford Hospital in Fargo ND. Private Funeral Service will be June 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Cahill Funeral Chapel with public viewing 12:00P.M. till 2:00 P.M.

Private Family Funeral Services for Lynes Benjamin Ree, 82 of Sisseton, SD will be held at the Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Vern Donnell officiating. There will be visitation at the funeral home from 12:00 P.M. till 2:00P.M. Pallbearers will be Donald Frost, Joseph Lopez, Lonnie Rodland, Evangelina Ree, Dominic Romero and Ronald Donnell. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Lynes' Friends & Family. Interment will be at St. Mary's Episcopal Cemetery, Agency Village with Fr. Charles Chan officiating. The Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Lynes was born on July 21, 1937 at Sisseton, SD to Wallace and LaVina (LaBelle) Ree. He attended school at Tekakwitha Ophanage. Lynes was married to Diane Mireau and they made their home in Minneapolis where Lynes did factory work. Lynes was married to Adrian Renville and they made their home in Peever, SD where he worked road construction. Adrian passed away. Lynes was married to Christine Hopkins and they lived in Peever and Lynes work construction. Lynes was a good mechanic; he liked playing softball in his younger years. He was a Viking and Twins fan. Lynes entered the Tekakwith Living Center in 2012. Lynes passed away on June 2, 2020 at Sanford Hospital Fargo, ND.

Lynes is survived by his daughter, Lynn Donnell of Sisseton, SD; his wife Christine Ree of Sisseton, SD; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three sisters, Latisha Barker of Sisseton, SD, Audrey Beaver of Sisseton, SD and Phyllis Little of Alaska.

Lynes was preceded in death by his parents and two Daughters, Lynda and Lisa.
