Funeral Service for Justine Dawn DuMarce-Lufkins 19 and Baby RJ Lufkins of Sisseton, SD will be held on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Center, Agency Village, SD with Pastor Milton Owen and Fr. Jerry Ranek officiating. Pianist will be Billy Kohl and Kay Bursheim and special music will be by Butch Felix. Pallbearers will be Scott DuMarce, Travis St. John, Micah Lufkins, William Stavick, Sylvia StrangerHorse, and Chauncey White. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Justine's Friends & Family. Wake Services will be held at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Center starting at 7:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday (all night). Interment will be in the St. Matthew's Cemetery, Veblen, SD.  The Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton SD is in charge of Funeral arrangements.

Justine Dawn DuMarce was born in Watertown, SD on April 18 ^th , 1998 to La Tisha Marie Stavick and Ethan Wambdi DuMarce. Justine received her high school diploma from Sisseton High School May 20, 2017 with aspirations as a chef, cosmologist and other artistic endeavors, her favorite colors were purple, red and black. Justine was interested in joining the Marines and attended the Young Marines as a freshman in Pierre, SD in 2013. Justine became engaged to Ray Louis Lufkins February 2017, with vows already spoken. Justine was also expecting her first baby September 13, 2017. Together, Justine and Ray had decided to name her RJ.

Justine was employed by Pizza Hut in Sisseton, Shopko and Clubhouse Hotel in Pierre.

Justine attended 1 ^st Presbyterian Church of Sisseton, was baptized during her elementary school years and attended religious holidays. She was part of the Aliive youth council and Aliive Roberts County and attended SADD meetings as well as being part of the art club. She loved to draw, paint, use altered art forms in her work. She beaded, collected buttons, loved pottery and read mysteries and many other books.   Watched anime, listened all music forms and was fascinated with fire, like her father. And video games, they were too many to list but her favorite is Minecraft because of creative mode.

Justine Dawn DuMarce, 19, of Watertown SD (along with her daughter RJ) closed their eyes on June 8, 2017 in Sioux Falls Sanford USD Medical Center surrounded by her close family members.

Justine is survived by her husband, Ray Lufkins of Watertown, SD; her father, Ethan DuMarce of Sisseton, SD; her mother Latisha Stavick of Watertown, SD; four brothers, Shannon StrangerHorse of White Shield, ND; Elliott Scott and Jaydon Scott of Watertown, SD; Waokiye DuMarce of Sisseton, SD; four sisters, Sylvia StrangerHorse of White Shield, ND; Stacia Redday of Sisseton, SD, Jordan Scott of Watertown, SD and Alysia DuMarce of Red Lake, MN; Grandmothers, Joann Stavick, Lily Renville and Ramona St. John, all of Sisseton SD; numerous, Aunts, uncles, cousins, and three close friends, Judy Berge, Emma Allen, and Marcella Marco.

Justine was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Paul Richotte, Robert Glenn White Sr., Magnus Renville, and , Alvin Stavick

Justine had an energetic charisma that brighten the day and left people with a smile for all those she knew and met.

All of us miss her and the chance of knowing RJ.
