Funeral Service for June Estwick, 87, of Sisseton, South Dakota will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Grace Lutheran Church, Sisseton, South Dakota with Rev. Suzanne Bendit officiating.  Organist will be Mona Greseth and Soloist Pat Schubert.  Pallbearers will be Gary Moen, Mark Gunderson, Brian LaBelle, Rick Misterek, Larry Becker and Jeff Davis. Interment will be at the Goodwill Cemetery, Sisseton, SD.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Cahill Funeral Chapel and one hour prior to services at the Church.

June was born on June 28, 1926 at home in rural Eden, South Dakota to Elling and Esther (Egholmen) Gunderson.  She graduated from Sisseton High School.   She worked as an insurance clerk at Coteau Des Prairie Clinic, Sisseton, SD  from the age of 16 until 2008 when she retired.  On July 6, 1952 in Sisseton, SD she married Calvin "Cab" Estwick.  They made their home in Sisseton.  Cab passed away April 2001. June entered the Tekakwitha Living Center in Sisseton, SD late in 2013. June was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.   She enjoyed shopping, cooking, baking, bowling, gardening with flowers and spending time with family on holidays.  June passed away on April 19, 2014 at Tekakwitha Living Center, Sisseton, SD.

June is survived by a sister-in-law, Jeannie Gunderson of Moorhead, MN; 2 brothers-in-law Bob and wife Gloria Estwick and Raulph Estwick of Sisseton, SD,; and nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Tuby Gunderson and an infant brother.
