Memorial services for Judy Kay Friskey, 73, of Sisseton, SD will be Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Emanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. James Wilshusen officiating. The organist will be Clarice Arbach. Honorary pallbearers will be Judy's grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Carrie Kast, Jonathan Keller, Jameson Keller, Elizabeth Keller, Skylar Smith, Victoria Smith, Phillip Smith Jr., Alexis Kast, Javian Kohl, and Jerrin Kohl. Inurnment will be in the Sisseton Cemetery, Sisseton, SD. There will be memorial visitation on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from noon until 2:00 P.M. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Sisseton, SD. The Cahill Funeral Chapel of Sisseton, SD is in charge of arrangements.

Judy Kay Wolter was born on March 17, 1944 at Sioux Falls, SD to Alvin C. and Lillian (Adolphsen) Wolter. She grew up and attended school in Watertown, SD. After her education she was married to William R. Friskey on January 29, 1965 at Watertown, SD. The couple lived in Sisseton, SD since 1965. Judy was a nurse's aide at Coteau Des Prairies Hospital for 27 years. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Sisseton, SD. Judy loved dogs, and she raised all different breeds but pugs were her favorite.

She is survived by her husband William of Sisseton, SD, two children, Cindy Keller of Wahpeton, ND, and Alan Friskey of Cave Junction, OR, four grandchildren, Carrie Kast, Jonathan, Jameson, and Elizabeth Keller, six great-grandchildren, Skylar, Victoria, and Phillip Smith Jr., Alexis Kast, Javian, and Jerrin Kohl.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two children David Parish, and Sandra Friskey.
