Funeral Service for Jessica Jean Johnson, 47, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, South Dakota. Officiating will be CRE Gerald Heminger Jr. The Pallbearers will be Mahpiya Petersen, Dramlya Johnson, Dazani Clark, Dashanti Clark, and Jason Petersen. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joleen Pierce, Rachel Williams, Jeanette Nickerson, and Tayler Mousseaux. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Jessica was born to Basilio Pina and Martha Marie Johnson on May 27, 1977 in Breckenridge, MN.  She moved to Sioux Falls, SD and attended Washington High School.  Following high school she attended college for two years.  She loved going outdoors and going to the lakes.  She also loved spending time with her grandson, Elluzion.  She loved the Denver Broncos.  Jessica passed away on February 28, 2025 at Avera Hospital, Sioux Fall, SD.

Jessica is survived by her four children, Mahpiya Petersen, Dramiya Johnson, Dazani Clark all of Sioux Falls, SD and Dashanti Clark of Buffalo, MN., one brother, JJ Pina of California; two sisters, Lynn Johnson of Wichita, KS and Clara Johnson of Sioux Falls, SD; her father Basilio Pino, and one grandson, Elluzion.

Jessica was preceded in death by her mother Martha Johnson and one brother Jason Johnson.
