Funeral Service for Jessalyn Jay Conroy, 1, of Rapid City, South Dakota will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD with Pastor Vern Donnel and Senior Catechist John Cloud III officiating. All Night Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, starting at 7:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD. Pall bearers will be James Cleveland and Micheal Swan. Honorary Pall bearers will be Ronnie Cleveland, Katrina Barse, Dawn Eagle, Joyce Ojeda, Darla Barse, Jessica Cleveland, Valerie Cleveland, Ariel Yellow Eagle, Ismael (Mo) Hernandez, Jonah J. Burning Breaat, Floyd Kirk Jr, Sioux Warriors Motorcycle Club, and All of Jessalyn's Loved Ones.  Interment will be in the St. Mary's Episcopal Cemetery, Agency Village, SD.  Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD is in charge of arrangements.

God perfectly forming you in my womb, the first time we looked into each other eyes, feeling the softness of your skin.  Your little hands and toes, looking at your perfect beautiful face, your perfect smile, there was an instant unbreakable bond between us.  I felt you were never going to leave me. There was a LOVE I have never felt before.  You have forever changed me, Jessalyn, you have taught me what love is.

She deserved the world and more! I will forever love you and miss you my baby girl.  I will always have these memories of feeding you, bathing you, brushing your gums.  Every morning dressing you and you looking into my eyes while I sang to you.  My sweet little conversation with you, making you laugh and us two watching My Little Pony.  I will hold these memories in my heart forever.  Me, Papa Jimmy, Grandma Jessica, and everyone misses you, our precious Angel.

YOU PAINT THE SKY FOR US EVERYDAY.  There's not a day I don't think about you. You are so innocent, so precious.  Baby Girl you are loved by so many here on earth, you will be missed Dearly! My heart was broken into pieces when you left this world.

I'm so sorry your time came so soon, Grandma Jessica Loves you. We know you are safe in Heaven now smiling, laughing and free.
