Funeral Mass for Gordon Perry St. John, 58, formerly of Agency Village, SD will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Kateri Tekawitha Catholic Church. Sisseton, SD with Rev. Fr. Gregg Frankman celebrant.  Organist will be Bernadine Gaikowski with special music by Tim White. Pallbearers will be Charles St. John, Payton St. John Jr., Thomas St. John, Tyrell Keeble, Jr. Irish, Prescott St. John and Sheldon Brown. Honorary Pallbearers will be all Gordon's nieces, nephews, grandchildren and St. John Family. Interment will be in St Matthew's Cemetery, Veblen, SD.   There will be Private Family Wake Services on Thursday, October 28, 2021 and Friday, October 29, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Kateri Tekawitha Hall, Sisseton, SD. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Perry was born on March 18, 1963 in Fremont, CA to Sylvester A. St.John and Catherine Keeble. Perry and his family lived in California until the 1970's when they moved back to the home lands of South Dakota. Perry obtained his GED. He was a welder at a Company in Wahpeton, ND and also a mechanic. He fixed on many vehicles for family, relatives and friends. He was a very active person. He kept himself busy but slowed down due to physical limitations. Even though he had limited abilities he did his best in whatever came his way. He enjoyed spending time with his nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends. He was very proud of his sobriety. Perry was a kind caring person. He will be missed by many. Perry passed away on October 23, 2021 at Sunset Manor, Irene, SD.

Perry is survived by two sisters Selva J. Lake of Flandreau, SD and Cathy Lee Frenier of Browns Valley, MN; a brother Steve St. John of Sisseton, SD; an Aunt Mary Keeble of Enemy Swim, SD; and nephews Paton St. John, Jr., Charles St. John, Michael St. John, Thomas St. John, Tyrell Keeble, Jameson Shepherd, Cody St. John and Prescott St. John.

Perry was preceded in death by his father Sylvester St. John; mother Cathrine Keeble; paternal grandparents Moses & Elizabeth St. John, maternal grandparents Simon & Lucy Keeble; brothers Howard, Payton Sr., and Michael St. John.
