Funeral Service for Walter Glenn LaFromboise Jr. (Ray A. Palacio), Tate Akan Mani " walks on the wind", 31, of Sisseton, SD will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD with Joe Donnell and Arnold Williams officiating. Pianist will be Billy Kohl and music by Arnold Williams. Drum Group will be Derrick Locke and Singers. Pall Bearers will be Gordon Opatz, Garett F. DuMarce, Lionel DuMarce, Michael White, Byron White Jr. and Justin LaCroix. Honorary Pall Bearers will be Family & Friends. Interment will be in the Sisseton Cemetery, Sisseton, SD. The Cahill Funeral Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Walter Glenn LaFromboise Jr. was born on November 7, 1990 in Morton, MN to Walter Glenn LaFromboise Sr. and Bobbi Jean DuMarce. Glenn attended elementary school in Summit, SD and Veblen, SD. He attended High School in Sisseton, SD. He enjoyed spending time with family & friends. He was very close with his big sister Alexis and his big brother Anthoney. Glenn had some of his cousins that he also called his brothers and sisters. There are too many to name, but he loved all of his family and they loved him. Glenn got to expererince living in Arizona with his adopted mother, Olivia Palacio, who did charity work on the Navajo Reservation. Glenn passed away on October 20, 2022 in Sioux Falls, SD.
Glenn is survived by his mother Bobbi Jean DuMarce; his father Walter LaFromboise Sr.; sisters Alexis P. DuMarce of Minnesota and Lenore Littleghost of South Dakota; two brothers Aaron Finley of North Dakota and Avery Finley of Minnesota; nieces and nephews Zailee, Lainee, Violet, Drayven; maternal grandmother Barbara LaCroix.
Glenn was preceded in death by his brother, Anthoney Janisch; one sister Ashlee P. LaFromboise; maternal Grandfather Clifford DuMarce; Paternal Grandparents JoAnn Standfast and Ambrose " Toney" LaFromboise; Maternal Grandparents, Mary (Sing) and Frances E. "Frenchy" White; Alma Renville and Melvin DuMarce.
