Funeral Service for Franklin Delbert "Babe Boy" Keeble Jr., 45 of Sisseton, SD will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD. Officiating will be John Cloud III and Milton Owen, and all Episcopal Lay readers. Special music will be by Don Backman, Juanita Keeble and Butch Felix, Elaina and Tom Wilson. The Drum Group will be Old Agency Singers. Pallbearers will be Robert Kohl, Todd St. John, Lyndon Haug, Justin Gill, Joe Eastman, Perry Lufkins, Bradley Kohl, Tyler Shepherd, Tracy Renville, Joe Kohl Jr., Leonard Shepherd, John Redday Jr., and Kenny Kirk. Honorary Pallbearers will Ella Mae Grey Buffalo, Nita Kirk, Donna Bursheim, "Wheaton" Randy Murray, Pat Deutsch Jr., Delray German, Michael DuMarce, James Carson, Willy Varnes, Jenny Crawford, Brenda Renville, Carol Belle Bursheim, Mary Hill, Alma Renville, and Tammy Shepherd, and all of Franklin's many, many friends and family. Interment will be in the Keeble Family Cemetery, Grenville, SD. All Night Wake Services will be held at the Tribal Community Center, Agency Village at 7:00 P.M. on Monday and Tuesday.
Franklin was born on June 28, 1968 in Sisseton, SD to Franklin and Loretta (Renville) Keeble Sr. He attended school at Sisseton and Tiospa Zina. In school he wrestled and played football. He attended Sisseton Wahpeton Community College and received his certificate in Masonry. Franklin lived in the Sisseton Area his entire life.
He loved the Green Bay Packers, and watching sports on TV. He enjoyed visiting, fishing, playing pool and working on cars and taking car rides. Franklin passed away on July 14, 2013 at the Coteau Des Prairies Hospital, Sisseton, SD.
Franklin is survived by his father, Franklin Keeble Sr. and his step mother Juanita Keeble of Grenville, SD; five children, Ashley, April, Cherell, Jordan and Franklin III of Sisseton, SD; four brothers, Paul Keeble of Sisseton, SD, Boyd Keeble of Fargo, ND, Jerome Renville Sr. of Peever, SD, and Donovan Keeble of Veblen, SD; five sisters, Daphane Keeble of Sisseton, SD, Cheryl Renville of Sisseton, SD, Gladys Renville, of Sisseton, SD, Lila Renville of Sisseton, SD, Julie Keeble Watts of Sisseton, SD; four grandchildren, Katie, Keyanna, Gabriella, and Samuel.
Franklin was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta; three sisters, Leta Lyn, Sandra Lee, and Sandra Lee; maternal grandparents, Rose and Mason Renville, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Jonas and Stella Keeble Sr.
