Memorial Services for Florenze John Schuster, 89, of Roslyn, SD will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eden, SD with Rev. Fr. Albert Cizewski Celebrant. Organist will be Mary Wagner. Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry, Donald, and Bill Schuster Jr. There will be a spring interment in the St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery, Eden, SD. Florenze John Schuster was born on December 26, 1923 on the farm near Eden, SD to John and Katherine (Halbauer) Schuster. Florenze was baptized and confirmed at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Eden, SD. He grew up on the family farm and attended country school. Florenze lived in Graceville, MN, Sisseton, SD and Cayuga, ND. He was a 4th degree Knight in the Order of Knights of Columbus. Florenze had many jobs and liked to collect antiques. He entered the Strand Kjorsvig Community Rest Home in 2005 and passed away there on March 11, 2013.
Florenze is survived by one brother Robert Schuster of Eden, SD and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Florenze was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, George, Bill, Lambert, Norman, Raymond, and Eugene, three sisters, Alvina Hietman, Hilda Sattler, and Ida Lentsch.
