Graveside Service for Donna Mae Lewandowski, 76 of Grenville, SD will be held on July 27, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Hillhead, SD with Pastor Nippy Owen officiating. Urn bearer will be Bill Boardman. The Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Donna Mae Boardman was born May 3, 1944 in Britton, SD to Chester and Edith (Christianson) Boardman. She attended grade school 1-6 ^th grade at Hillhead. She Graduated from Sisseton High School in 1962. She was confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Sisseton. She worked in Sisseton as a waitress and bartender. She moved to Fargo, ND in 1969 and worked as a waitress and cook at the Dutch Maid until 1980, when she moved to Grenville, SD where she worked as a waitress, cook and bartender at the Polish Embassy and Long Branch.   Donna was married to Tony Lewandowski in 1989. Tony passed away in 2011. She enjoyed visiting with people. She loved to do cross-words and puzzles. Donna passed away on July 18, 2020 at Avas House in Sioux Fall, SD.

Donna is survived by two brothers, Archie Boardman of Sisseton, SD and Bob Boardman and special friend Marilyn of Grenville, SD; and one sister, Barb and Darold Fryer of Sisseton, SD; a special friend Franklin Keeble Sr. of Pickerel Lake and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister, Shirley Boardman and one brother, Gordon Boardman.
