Funeral Mass for Darlene Ann Arbach, 77 of Sisseton, SD will be held on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Sisseton, SD with the Rev. Fr. Norman Volk, OMI Celebrant. Organist will be Colette Hull and song leader will be Sandi Jaspers. Pallbearers will be Harry Moshier, Gayln Olson, Darren Fonder, Mike Lacasse, Donnie Arbach, and Leo Lacasse. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Darlene's Family & Friends. Interment will be St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Sisseton, SD. There will be visitation on Sunday, February 7, 2010 from 1:00 to 5:00PM with family present from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. There will be visitation one hour prior to the Services at the church on Monday. Darlene was born on October 7, 1932 in Sisseton, SD to Lawrence and Anna (Sutton) Moshier. She attended and graduated from Sisseton High School. Darlene was united in marriage to Richard Arbach on April 25, 1951 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Sisseton, SD. She owned and operated the 1081 Club with her mother before moving to Poulsbo, WA where they lived for five years. They returned to Sisseton, in 1973. She worked at various business's and raised dogs. She enjoyed babysitting over the years. Darlene loved to read and do crossword puzzles. Darlene was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Darlene passed away on February 5, 2010 at her home in Sisseton.
Darlene is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Leo) Lacasse of Gillette, WY; three sons, Richard Jr., Randall, and William all of Sisseton, SD; four sisters, Gail Magnuson of Ada, MN, Shirley (Merle) Hanson of Portland, OR, Gwen Schenecker of Watertown, SD, and Lois (Lonis) Wendt of Vivian, SD; four grandchildren, Michelle Anderson of Sioux Falls, SD, Mike (Crystal) Lacasse of Gillette, WY, Justin and Colter Arbach of Sisseton, SD; and five great-grandchildren, Tyson, Alex and Sabrina Lacasse of Gillette, WY, Amara Adams of Sisseton, SD and Jeffery Goodrich of Gillette, WY; three brothers-in-law, Howard and Ardelle Arbach of Sisseton, SD, Reynold and Clarice Arbach of Sisseton, SD, and Robert and Rustie Arbach of Browns Valley, MN.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Cheryl Anderson, and one great-grandson, Christopher Lacasse.
